This food truck specializes in roasting whole pigs, goats, and lambs as well as offering your normal delicious pulled pork, brisket, sausage, and more. There's even a veggie portobello mushroom sandwich for those who love BBQ but can't do meat. This establishment is billed as Chicagoland's best BBQ for a reason, so check it out and taste the quality in every bite. A Serious Brisket — By now everyone knows that the secret to good BBQ is to cook it low and slow, but this brisket was smoked for a good fourteen hours before being loaded onto a buttery grilled bun and slathered with cilantro sauce. Perfectly tender, perfectly delicious.
