Open Faced Beef Short Rib Bao

Steamed bun filled with tender chunks of beef short-rib slow cooked for 18 hours. Topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions , srirachi mayo sauce, sesame seeds. 

Open-Faced Bao w/ Sweet Honey Chicken

Hormone-free chicken breast brined for 18 hours, grilled in a honey ginger glaze. Topped shredded carrots, thinly sliced apples, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds.

Open-Faced Bao w/ Crispy Pork Belly

​Slow brined in a coriander/ginger reduction for 24hrs. then seared crispy and topped with cucumbers, honey hoison glaze, and sesame seeds.

Open-Faced Bao w/ Korean Soy BBQ (V)

Delicious protein substitute (soy) marinated in savory BBQ sauce. Topped with pickled purple cabbage, mixed greens, local sprouts and a sweet chili glaze.

As a gift from the chef you receive a scoop of our fried rice (in peanut oil) & soy sauce complimentary with your purchase of any order of steamed buns, but if you just can't get enough of the delicious rice, we offer more! (when available) **Some events white rice will be offered**

Rice noodles simmered in a sweet curry sauce topped with pineapple chutney, enoki mushrooms and cashews. Served chilled during summer.
