Then ask for them either mild, hot or Scotch hot! These sell out very quickly and quantities are limited to 2 lbs per order. 15/lb

You can order sides with this bar which includes our Mac (Jerk alfredo mac), "Love" Muffins", Garlic-Herb Mashed Potatoes or Sweet Coco-Rice and Beans. The price below reflects 1/3 lb of wings (approx 4-5 wing pcs) per person. You may adjust as necessary. This is an easy one click, carefree option for those who have palates that run the wide range of options. This puts most if not all of our menu choices there for your people to choose. 1. You order how many pre-paid meal tickets you would like. ( 30 Minimum) 2. You get the tickets by mail or courier days before your event for you to distribute. 3. We pull up to your event in a food truck and serve those with tickets. 4. Everyone gets to come to the truck counter and eat their choice (choice makes people happy) and done! From loving spice (heat) to mild. From meat loving to staunch vegan. From the butter-herb rice devouring to the gluten free. Starting @ 10/pp

About The Jerk Lex

While staying true to tradition is a common claim in the food truck world, The Jerk Lex backs up this statement by making their jerk chicken according to a recipe no less than 300 years old. Anyone across Lexington, KY with a passion for poultry should sample these birds ASAP. 

Following culinary practices of some of the earliest settlers of Jamaica, the chefs at Jerk Lex marinate their jerk chicken for 24 hours before slow-roasting it for six. The result is melt-in-your-mouth wings packed with bold flavor. While the jerk chicken is no doubt the main draw, top-tier poultry is far from the only enticing menu item. Feeling ravenous? Sink your teeth into the epic dose of decadence that is the Stuffed Boom Boom Burger, a ¾ pound marinated jerk ground beef patty stuffed with mirepoix and a blend of cheeses served on a bakery fresh onion roll. Drooling yet? Then we have some exciting news. The Jerk Lex caters, so have ‘em out to your next event.
