Manns Sausage Company founder Nathaniel Haile learned the art of sausage making from his grandmother, Clair Manns, starting at the early age of 13. His family has deep roots in the Blacksburg, VA community, serving up lean pork sausage to residents since the early 1900s. Manns Sausage Company, and its accompanying food trailer, keeps that tradition alive. For tasty meats, look no further. 

The signature sausages at Manns are made from pork shoulder that is smoked for over 12 hours, leaving all that natural flavor intact.
